Penny Dolan’s A BOY CALLED M.O.U.S.E.
A very Oliver Twist sort of novel where a boy is not wanted by his rich uncle and therefore has to be got rid of. He is sent to a dreadful boading school and eats lots of gruel. Of course he escapes and the wicked uncle is after him. He meets many people who help him. One job is flying in a theatre. So if you like Dickens type novels you will love this. I did, M O U S E is very very resourceful.
